Details - Our detox program is a cleansing that we offer on a quarterly basis. We do all the cooking and help guide you through it. Some of our customers love it so much they do it every time.

Upcoming Detoxes for 2008 - April 11th, July 11th & October 3rd The program lasts 3 weeks, but you can do any or all of the weeks. Detox Basics: We offer meat-based (has fish, poultry & vegetarian entrees) and a vegetarian-only version. The menu is free of the most common allergens - dairy, gluten (wheat, etc.), soy, egg, citrus. It's organic (of course), high fiber and incredibly nourishing. You abstain from caffeine and alcohol while eating gourmet detox food. People say that this is a life-changing experience - most lose weight and definitely feel great after cleansing the system of junk foods and potential allergens.

People do this to cleanse and/or identify food sensitivities or allergies. You tend to choose much healthier foods after doing this program because we prove to you that you can feel great and that your body does respond to the quality of food that you put into it!
