If you're having problems with the web cart:
1 - The "Checkout" button will not appear if the $40 minimum per delivery is not met. (For example: If you have $40 of
items in Friday's basket, the checkout button will appear. If you add one item from Monday's basket, the button will not appear again
until you add enough Monday items to reach the $40 minimum.)
2 - Check to make sure that your browser has cookies enabled.
